Classes are small in a dedicated studio with individual attention.  There are well-being classes, anti-stress classes, yoga for backs, relaxation and themed workshops all promoting good health and movement through mindfulness yoga, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. There is something for everyone.
Specialist classes currently include the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs national programme (  There are also 1-1s and  reiki.
Yoga can help with many conditions such as back pain, joint mobility, arthritis, stress and anxiety, recovery from injury or illness, asthma, even migraines. Alternatively just enjoy a gentle  class for a sense of calm and well-being.  Classes are suitable for all and movement is modified where appropriate to the individual.
Christine at The Yoga Mind-BodyStudio is a yoga therapist (PG Dip IYT), accredited with the British Council for Yoga Therapy and registered with The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.  She  is a British Wheel and RYT500 Yoga Alliance teacher. Additionally she is a Reiki Master Teacher, an Oriental Remedial Therapist and qualified in Ayurvedic Marma Massage Therapy.
